Sure! If the flaxseed is ground up, the better you will absorb the omega 3 fatty acid.

I have some flaxseed. Would I be able to use it as is, or would I need to grind it up some more?

We use goat products too but we don't have the dietary concerns you do. We just choose to use them because they are good for you and taste good (the goat caramel sauce I use is incredible!) and goat soap too!

A girl after my own heart! I raised goats and had our own goat dairy for 6 years. Enough to consume as much milk as the children wanted and was able to make a large variety of cheese. Due to the OH laws I didn't sell any or profit other than with my own family. I loved my goat milk and I more so loved knowing what was going into those goats prior to getting the milk out!! Excellent article!! We are drinking raw jersey cow milk now as we restart our goat herd, looking forward to goat milk again!

Yum! My toddler would love these. I am suspecting some ciow milk allergies in him like myself and want to see if he does fine with goat milk. My husband grew up on all goat milk and dislikes cow milk in general.

Your recipe sounds awesome! I have never tried anything (to my knowledge) made with goat's milk besides cheese! I will have to look into it! Thanks for sharing!
