Chocolate Cake/Brownie- Flourless and GF

Ingredients
  • 2 cups chick peas
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅔ cups sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Powdered Sugar

Instructions
  1. In food processor, puree peas and eggs until well blended.
  2. Add sugar and baking powder and pulse.
  3. Add chocolate and blend until completely mixed.
  4. Bake on 350 F for 40 minutes.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries.

  4. You probably make it vegan by using chia gel instead of eggs.
