Chocolate Cake/Brownie- Flourless and GF
Recipe type: GF Cake
- 2 cups chick peas
- 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
- 4 eggs
- ⅔ cups sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Powdered Sugar
- In food processor, puree peas and eggs until well blended.
- Add sugar and baking powder and pulse.
- Add chocolate and blend until completely mixed.
- Bake on 350 F for 40 minutes.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries.
