Avocado and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
- 2 ripe diced avocado
- 3 ripe local tomatoes
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- Juice from 2 limes or to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut tomatoes in half and remove seeds and pulp.
- Dice tomatoes and avocado.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill for an hour and enjoy!

This looks really delicious, but I don’t like tomatoes or avocado… Maybe I should just close my eyes and dig in ?
I love this combination – been making something similar this summer but need to add the cilantro. Beautiful!
