The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Green Smoothies is easy to follow with simple recipes.  The recipes are nutritious which can help increase energy, boost metabolism, burn fat, and cleanse the body of toxins.  I made the cantaloupe and spinach smoothie which I thought was an interesting combination.  It was creamy, sweet and tasted like cantaloupe (not spinach).  I used the leftover smoothie to make yummy frozen pops in my HopeFull tray for my children which they actually enjoyed.

  3. I would LIKE to get “into” green smoothies b/c I do believe they are nutritious, but haven’t really done it yet. And my daughter just has to see that it’s green to know she doesn’t want it. Won’t even try it.
