1 can of pumpkin puree
¾ cup almond flour
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup + 2 tablespoons agave syrup
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice mix
¾ teaspoon baking soda
1/4/ teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 300-350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients properly. Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Place the mixture into the baking dish, smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes until it gets golden. Remove from the oven, cool it and place in the fridge for some time.
