So excited to try these. I've been looking for something quick and easy to make in addition to throwing in the bag to take as a snack while we're out. Thanks.

It is actually mouth watering. I ate my first one early this AM. I thought about it the entire time I was swimming and even bragged about it with some fellow swimmers. I cannot wait to make this again but I will try the coconut instead of the butter b/c I think it will add a new dimension of flavor.

No you cannot taste them at ALL. I did with the taste testing prior to cooking but after it cooked and cooled- you would never know.

Great idea! You will need your energy and iron for delivery. I ate high iron foods during the entire pregnancy but really increased the load weeks prior to the birth and after. Don't tell anyone but I refused my iron pills at the hospital and had my husband bring me high iron foods into the hospital with lots of clementines (I had winter babies and the fruit is high vitamin C). The vitamin C helps absorb the iron. However, I never had anemia. Good sources: cream of wheat, pumpkin seeds, fortified bars (like this recipe), clams. Good luck with your little one!!! Yes, I buy these seaweed at a health food store and the kelp is a great salt replacer.
