Scrambled Cheesy Egg Yolk is a great finger food for your little bean! It is easy, nutritious and yummy.  I am serving this with defrosted finely chopped organic cherries for added vitamin C.  The vitamin c will help my little bean absorb the iron and calcium in this meal.

This is also a great recipe, if you are practicing Baby Lead Weaning (BLW).  BLW is an eating practice allowing infants to self feed teaching them to trust their body and food.

To make Scrambled Cheesy Egg Yolk  you need:

2 Egg Yolks (carefully separate from the egg white as it can be a potential allergen)
1 tablespoon of shredded cheese
1/2 teaspoon of canola or olive oil

Directions:
Scramble the egg yolk in a bowl with a fork.  Cook in heated skillet with oil.  Add cheese. Once the bottom has cooked fold over making an mini omelet. Cook thoroughly, remove and cool.   Cut into bite size pieces for your little bean.
This is my first BLW recipe.  Please check back for many more!
